Procurement Support

Technical procurement support — specifications, vendor evaluation, bid review and FAT coordination — for compliant equipment and systems.

Overview

The right equipment, specified and procured correctly, prevents costly compliance and performance problems later — while a vague specification or a vendor chosen on price alone creates them. PharmExpert provides technical procurement support for pharmaceutical equipment, utilities and systems, translating requirements into specifications, evaluating vendors, and safeguarding quality through to delivery.

It starts with the specification. We translate user requirements into clear technical and tender packages that leave no room for the gaps and assumptions that cause disputes and rework. Vendors and their bids are then evaluated on technical and compliance merit — including quality system and documentation capability — not just commercial terms.

We help structure the contract and quality-agreement terms that protect you, and define the GMP and documentation requirements the vendor must meet. As fabrication completes, we coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing so issues are caught and resolved at the vendor's site, where they are cheapest to fix.

Throughout, our evaluation is vendor-independent: we recommend the equipment and supplier that best meet your requirements, with no commercial tie to any manufacturer. The result is equipment that arrives fit for purpose, properly documented, and ready for a smooth commissioning and qualification.
